Refund & Return Policy
Return Window:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges, except for items damaged in transit. To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the above conditions.
If a return is due to dissatisfaction or an incorrect item being sent, a refund will be issued once we receive the returned product.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 12 hours from the time of purchase to do so. Please contact us immediately at info@fynnaco.com or through our Contact page.
If 12 hours have passed, we cannot cancel the order as it will have already been processed and shipped.
Refunds for canceled orders typically take 2-5 business days, depending on your payment method. PayPal refunds are instant, whereas credit/debit card refunds may take longer.

Returns & Refunds (If Applicable)
To request a refund or exchange for a damaged item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@fynnaco.com with clear pictures of the damaged item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If a replacement is available, we will send it out.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after inspection. Alternatively, you may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank—some processing delays are common.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fynnaco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon inquiry, we will confirm:
- The delivery address provided
- The delivery date
- Tracking information
- Shipping carrier details
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
- For returns of items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
